Going to Disneyland!!!!

Kristina, Timmy, and I made it to Disneyland Friday and Saturday after Christmas. It was a graduation present for both of them from my mom. We left about 6:30 Friday morning and had a pretty uneventful drive up there. I'm sure it helped that traffic was light as people were on vacation. We got there and it took me another 45 minutes to get my Deluxe Passport and then go to the Annual Passport Center and upgrade it to a Premium Passport. I have to take a picture of that!

We had fun over the next couple of days going on Haunted Mansion Holiday, Space Mountain, Astro Blasters, Autopia, Indiana Jones, California Screamin', Tower of Terror, Soarin' Over California, and Toy Story Midway Mania. It was a blast, but my feet got so tired. I got a room at a Courtyard Marriott for only $20, thanks to my brother's employee discount!

A return trip to Disneyland?

Since 2003, I've gone to Disneyland every two years. I think it was 2003 when I went with my friends Analane and Kelley there. I might break that pattern this year. My niece wants to go with me to Disneyland while they have the Christmas decorations up, and I'm thinking that sounds like a good idea. I might go in January as well since that's the month of my birth and Disney has a special promotion next year for birthdays. That would be only a year and a half since my last trip, and then only one to three months after that. That'd be so cool. With my brother having a discount he can give to his family, I can get a hotel room for pretty cheap. This is making me think I might have to get a season pass. Hmmmmm........

Yay for Disney fonts

As you might be able to tell if you look at the title of the blog, I found a couple of sites that had Disney-related fonts. I found one for Waltograph (the cool 'D' you see in Disney all the time) as well as one called 'Started by a mouse' that looks like the old classic Disneyland sign. Then there's a Space Mountain one and a Haunted Mansion font. I've been playing with them.

Unfortunately, this site won't support those fonts, so I had to make an image of my title. I included the BYU 'Y' logo for the 'Y' in Disneycoug. It doesn't look exactly like I'd like, but I'll play around with it in the future (hopefully) and make it look really great.
